In our growing B2B segment of “Professional Filters” we are setting the course for the future. Our team deals with the future challenges of our business environment, the development and formulation of adequate strategies and the successful implementation of these strategies.
As Manager Strategy & Business Development - Professional Filter, you are responsible for organizing and controlling the various strategy processes, accompanying and supporting the global management team in our business area, and coordinating and implementing individual strategy components and projects.
Your most important tasks at a glance:
- You coordinate and control the creation of the different sub-strategies by the respective strategy managers. You will support this by developing business plans, competition analyzes and new digital business models.
- You ensure that the sub-strategies support each other and are coordinated and thus complement each other to form a consistent overall strategy.
- Your tasks will also include moderating and organizing the corresponding strategy workshops, managing the overall project office and supporting group-wide strategy communication.
- In collaboration with the responsible areas, you implement individual strategy projects and components and make an active contribution to the further development and digital transformation of the business area.
- You develop strategy-accompanying controlling and implement it.
To realize your full potential with us, it would be great if you brought the following with you
- A completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on marketing, sales or management
- Several years of relevant professional experience. Ideally, you have already worked on strategy processes and implemented them
- Knowledge of the developments and possibilities of digitalization and AI
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Experience in using MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Independence and self-sufficient work and action as well as the ability to work in a team and goal orientation
- A quick comprehension
- A willingness to experiment and be creative, combined with an analytical and structured way of working and thinking
- You are communicative, willing to cooperate, able to compromise and prudent
