Regional Marketing EMEA, part of Regional Management team, is accountable for the implementation of the EMEA brand and product marketing strategy in the region and delivering yearly aligned targets. A key success factor of our regional role within BRITA is the close interaction and collaboration with our global & local marketing and sales teams.

In your role you will work closely with Strategic Marketing Consumer and Local Market subsidiaries to coordinate and guide executional excellence. In this way, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring the business growth as well as supporting BRITA´s brand and product transformation towards a sustainable lifestyle brand.


In specific, the tasks can be summarized as follows:

  • You will be accountable for the implementation of the EMEA product and marketing strategy in the region and will deliver yearly aligned P&L targets.
  • As an active and contributing team member you will build digital marketing and capability in the local marketing teams.
  • With regards to BRITA’s SKUs you will manage the portfolio for new launches and will conduct annual SKU portfolio lifecycle analysis.
  • In your role you will coordinate regionally between Global Consumer Marketing and local market subsidiaries, guide and develop the local market execution and ensure compliance to global marketing guidelines.
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for post launch tracking and regional consolidation of key learnings and best practices as well as continuous optimization of our market offer and launch approach based on regional data collected.
  • Being responsible for analyzing competition, consumer trends and retail panel you will drive key conclusions and recommendations to Regional Management and Strategic Marketing Consumer
  • You promote market-focused initiatives such as gathering market insights and translating them into business scenarios



You will be well-equipped for the role if you can demonstrate the following

  • Several to many years of marketing experience in an international branded goods company, ideally with a focus on FMCG, combined with a good commercial understanding
  • Previous experience as a Product or Marketing Manager with proven record of successful product launch in local market/s with clear product positioning based on consumer insights
  • Digital savvy and digital marketing experience in full funnel management and performance optimization linked with a passion for data driven decisions
  • Proven project management and communication skills at all levels combined with an international background - fluency in in English, German is a plus
  • Winning personality who acts as a role model, develops teams and convinces through high social, intercultural competence
